At ABCO Vinyl Pool Repair, vinyl pools are all we do. Since 1990, our family-owned company has specialized exclusively in vinyl pool liner replacement, vinyl pool repair, leak detection, pool renovations, and restoring aging vinyl pools throughout San Diego County and Southern California.
Founded by Nick Penna, ABCO was built on decades of hands-on experience in the vinyl pool industry. Nick began working in vinyl pool construction in 1971 at just 16 years old, learning every aspect of vinyl pool design, installation, and repair while working with pool companies across Los Angeles and San Diego.
Over the years, Nick noticed a major problem in the industry: once a pool was built, many companies no longer supported the customer. Pool owners often struggled to find reliable help for liner replacement, structural repairs, leaks, and ongoing maintenance issues. That frustration led to the creation of ABCO Vinyl Pool Repair - one of the first companies in the United States focused entirely on servicing existing vinyl pools.
Our mission has always been simple:

Unlike traditional pool companies, ABCO does not build new pools, service spas, or provide routine pool cleaning. We focus exclusively on vinyl pool repair and renovation services, allowing us to deliver specialized expertise, better workmanship, and long-term solutions for vinyl pool owners.
